Our Return/Refund Policy

At Sewa Skincare, we stand by every product we create, and our top priority is your happiness and satisfaction with each purchase.

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with a product, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange it for another product that might better meet your needs. In return, we’d truly appreciate your honest feedback to help us improve and enhance our products for you.

Please note the following:

  • Returns/Refunds should be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a refund, you’ll need to explain why the product didn’t meet your expectations. We may request photo evidence to support your claim. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs and/or bank charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed through your original method of payment.
