Please note that our products are produced in small batches to preserve freshness. Orders may take up to 5 working days to process during busier periods.

Heat Exposure during shipping
Our body butters, oils and balms melt when exposed to heat and while we do our very best to insulate the shipping packaging for this product, these products contents may melt completely during shipping.
We recommend you ship your order to an address/location where your order will not be exposed to heat. Make proper arrangements for them to be received and do not leave for long periods under the sun or in potentially hot places like mailboxes.
